Adam is a bilingual, Washington, DC-based small business consultant with extensive experience assisting small and medium sized enterprises throughout the Americas. Adam’s passion for world travel led him to Peru, where Mother Earth Tours led him and his friends on a seamlessly planned, unforgettable experience that felt truly personalized. Guided by a deep conviction to assist promising entrepreneurs across the globe and his belief in Mother Earth Tour's vision of sustainable tourism, Adam provides pro bono technical assistance, consulting, and marketing services.

Elizabeth Nimmo – Manager
Elizabeth was born and raised in Scotland. After finishing her studies at Glasgow School of Art she trained as a teacher and this enabled her to travel around South America, where she settled in Cusco to teach English. She now works in sales and operations, taking care of the contacts with clients. Having travelled extensively throughout the world Elizabeth understands the needs and preferences of our clients.
Melissa Amaut – Reservations-Sales and Operations
Melissa is from Cusco and studied tourism at the city’s guide school. Melissa has a vast knowledge of her home city. This is coupled with expertise in her role in reservations. She ensures all bookings and client liaisons are made with the utmost efficiency.
Aly Amaut Ponce de Leon – Tour Leader
A native of Cusco, Aly has worked for 8 years in the travel and tourism industry. As an official tour guide he has worked throughout Peru. He is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his Inca heritage and a born communicator. In 2010 was a winner of the Leap Local competition for outstanding local guides. He beat off competition from all over the world to win the top spot because he demonstrated a level of expertise that was over and above what was normally expected from a guide. His aim is to give travellers an insight into the Andean way of life. To Aly, the Andean religion, ideology and ancestral beliefs are not just part of his heritage, but an important part of his daily life. |
