These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Mother Earth Tours.
By booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that outline, among other things, the cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.

INSURANCE:
We recommend that you protect yourself with travel insurance covering accident, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation, available from any travel agency. Our trip costs do not include these kinds of insurances.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is vital that all medical problems are communicated to us well before departure. Participants should select a trip appropriate to their ability and interest.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
I understand during my trip there may be opportunities to undertake activites, which do not form part of the itinerary.  I understand Mother Earth Tours makes no representations about the safety or quality of the activity, or the standard of the independent operator running it.  I also understand Mother Earth Tours is in no way responsible for my safety should I elect to enter into  such optional activites. 

TIPS:
Tips are not included in your tour cost. 

UNUSED SERVICES:  
There will be no discounts or monies refunded for missed or unused services, this includes voluntary or involuntary termination/departure from tour, ie. Sickness, death of a family member etc , late arrival on the tour, or premature departure either voluntary or involuntary.

CHANGE OF ITNERARY:
From time-to-time it may be necessary to deviate the itinerary from the one advertised.  Any decision on route, itinerary and transport taken will be made by the tour leader and will be based on local conditions and/or safety and well being of the entire group.  We always endeavor to provide an itinerary as similar as possible to the original.  However sometimes additional costs are incurred as a result of the change and these costs will be the responsibility of the traveler, and not Mother Earth Tours.

MOTHER EARTH TOURS:
Reserves its right to exclude any passenger from one of their tours in case the passenger is physically/mentally not prepared for the program he chose or if the service has not been paid fully before the trip start. If you leave the trip for any reason, you are responsible for all incurred expenses. No refund will be given.

MOTHER EARTH TOURS:
Doesn’t take responsibility for accidents, illnesses, destroyed or lost luggage, cancellations of transports, natural disasters and anything else out of their control. Mother Earth Tours is not responsible for services provided by third parties.

INCA TRAIL:
If you cancel a tour with Inca Trail you will automatically lose $150 USD (Entrance Permisson)

REFUNDS:
All cancellations have to be done emailed  to our office.
- Up to 60 days prior to departure:  25% of the total cost of the  tour will be charged.
- 60-45 days prior to departure: 38% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.
- 45-30 days prior to departure: 40% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.
-30-15 days prior to departure: 50% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.
-14 days prior to departure: 100% will be charged.Lack of payment will produce an automatic cancellation of booked space

AIRLINE TICKETS:
All airline tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the dates and routings shown. If an airline ticket is lost, the client is responsible for the full cost of a new ticket and any changes that may occur in replacement.

AIRLINE, AIRPORT OR WEATHER DELAYS:
The company will not be held responsible for any additional expenses or loss that may arise from airline, airport or weather delays. The company will not reimburse for any additional expenses incurred by the Client as a result. The company will not refund any unused portion of air tickets purchased in the event of such delays due to conditions beyond reasonable control.
